With a focus on holistic health, hypnosis, breathwork, NLP and CBT principles, we are passionate about empowering individuals to transform their lives and enhance their emotional well-being using a range of therapeutic and cognitive techniques.
Our NHS Partnership, facilitates increased community accessibility for bespoke, multi-modal, emotional wellbeing and therapeutic services, across North London, for adults and children, offering 1:1 or small-group sessions for a range of client issues.
Asha (MA, LLB (Hons), Dip.Hyp.HWHP, GQHP, AMACCPH, MCTAA) is a certified and accredited Integrative Hypnotherapy Practitioner, registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), Accredited Council of Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) and the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA). She is a member of the International Hypnotherapy Society (IHS), a full member of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (PHPA) and student member of the British Psychological Society (BPS); committed to adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
